Flight Option 1: Jackson Peaks: Departing from Fiordland Lodge, we fly over Lake Te Anau to land on the picturesque Jackson Peaks. From this elevated position you have panoramic views over both Lake Te Anau and Lake Manapouri.

Duration: 25 mins flying time and 45mins at location – total 1 hour & 10 mins approximately, Cost: $1695.00 incl gst

 

Flight Option 2: Mt Kidd: Departing from Fiordland Lodge, we overfly Lake Te Anau as you see the hidden wonders of our area unfold as you get a real feel for 'remote' Fiordland. Crossing over the main divide for ever changing scenery of beech forest mountain slopes, alpine lakes, waterfalls, hanging valleys and snow clad mountain tops. A landing is made at Mt Kidd a high alpine landing with dramatic views. Mt Kidd has its own small lake and snow for around 11 months of the year, and sometimes our rare native bird the Kea may visit while you are there.

Flight Option 3: Mt Titiroa: Departing from Fiordland Lodge, we fly over Lake Te Anau and Manapouri Township to land at Mt Titiroa. This location has unique sculptural limestone outcrops, small lakes and mountain vistas.

Flight Option 4: Hunter Mountains & Mt Titiroa: Departing from Fiordland Lodge, we fly over Lake Te Anau and Manapouri township to land in the Hunter Mountains and relax in a remote sun washed cirque complete with its own mountain tarn. We will then continue on to Mt Titiroa with sculptural limestone outcrops, small lakes and mountain vistas with many more beautiful photographic opportunities with a completely different look to our first location.

Flight Option 5: Tutoko Glacier: Departing from Fiordland Lodge, we follow the shores of Lake Te Anau heading north over Milford Sound to Tutoko Glacier. Here we will make a landing where there is sure to be snow year round! On the way home we can make a second landing at Lake Quill, head of the Sutherland Falls, one of the highest in the Southern Hemisphere. This is a beautiful location with a large lake and panoramic views.
